Jay Hollister is the Director, National Donor Experience & Engagement at the Canadian Red Cross. Jay is a customer experience professional with 10 years’ experience working in both the for-profit and non-profit spaces. In his current role, Jay oversees supporter services, loyalty & retention programs, telephone fundraising and all donor communications. Previously, Jay worked in the business process outsourcing vertical, supporting financial services companies with contact centre and customer experience solutions. He was responsible for business operations and client services for a large Canadian credit card issuer. A graduate of the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College, Jay has a Bachelor’s degree in American history and completed a post-graduate program in Project Management.
